Calliope was born from the desire of our family to offer the best olive oil. Since 1960 we have continued the tradition of harvesting olives at the foot of the slopes of Mount Pelion in Greece. These olives are harvested and selected by hand with the greatest dedication and are cold pressed, preserving their benefits and thus reaching the highest quality standards. The result, an exquisite oil with a fresh, fruity flavor and golden colour that preserves and at the same time enhances its particular aroma.
Calliope Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced in small quantities to satisfy even the most demanding palates.
